You should NEVER ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU SUFFER FROM ASTHMA, HEART CONDITIONS, SEIZURES, OR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY, AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. DO NOT SMOKE, RUN, EAT, or DRINK inside the attraction. Additionally there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props is allowed inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property if any of rules are not followed. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken if rules are violated. The holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction & no refunds. DIRECTIONS from the north or south on US 23, stay on US 23 till Fairgrounds Rd in Lucasville, then take Millers Run Fallen Timber Rd 5 miles turn left on Jacobs Cemetery Rd go 1/2 mile then right at the split at the Cemetery, turn right into parking field at top of hill.

Coming from Jackson, OH area take Rt 776 to 335 straight onto 335 go 1/4 mile then straight onto Dewey Extension turn left on Germany/Piketon Rd then right on Millers Run Fallen Timber Rd go 3 miles turn right on Jacobs Cemetery Rd. 1/2 mile keep right at the Cemetery, go to top of hill turn right into parking field.

Coming from Minford, OH take 335 north to Piketon Rd, turn left, go approximately 5 miles turn left on Millers Run Fallen Timber Rd. go 3 miles to Jacobs Cemetery Rd turn right go 1/2 mile keep right at the Cemetery go to top of hill turn right into the parking field.
